Because "request a quote" usually means "the price depends on what we think you'll pay". Publishing prices keeps me honest and saves us both a sales call. If your project genuinely needs custom scoping, you still get a fixed written quote before anything starts.
Your domain costs roughly £10–£15 a year, paid directly to the registrar in your name. Hosting for most sites I build is free or nearly free. The optional care plan (£45/month) covers hosting, updates and small edits if you'd rather never think about it.
Your text and photos if you have them - or add copywriting and I'll draft the words for you. Plus 30 minutes of your time answering questions over email at the start, and prompt feedback during revisions.
Yes, fully. The domain is registered in your name, the code is yours on final payment, and you can take it to any host or developer at any time. No lock-in is the point.
Email me anyway. If it's small, it's probably covered by the hourly rate. If it's big, it's a Custom project and you'll get a fixed quote. Either way, you'll know the number before you commit.
